Refund Policy

We want customers to understand exactly what they are purchasing before placing an order.

SupplierHouse primarily sells digital supplier information and access to sourcing resources. We do not sell the physical products pictured or referenced in supplier listings unless expressly stated otherwise.

Because digital information can be delivered or accessed immediately, refunds may not be available after the purchased digital content has been supplied or access has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

If you experience a technical problem, receive the wrong information, cannot access your purchase, or believe a listing was materially different from its description, please contact supplierhouseeu@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

For EU consumers in particular, special rules apply to the 14-day withdrawal right for digital content. You should make sure your checkout process obtains any legally required express consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement regarding the resulting loss of the withdrawal right before relying on a no-refund-after-access policy.
