Because SupplierHouse provides digital supplier information, there are no physical products to return.

Once supplier information has been delivered or accessed, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If you:

• receive the wrong supplier information,
• cannot access your purchase, or
• experience another issue with your order,

please contact us at supplierhouseeu@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method.
