Purchasing a SupplierHouse listing does not mean you are purchasing the physical products pictured or referenced in connection with that supplier unless the listing expressly states otherwise.

Suppliers identified through SupplierHouse are independent third parties.

SupplierHouse is not responsible for transactions subsequently entered into between customers and third-party suppliers.

We cannot guarantee a supplier's continued availability, inventory, pricing, minimum order quantities, shipping times, product quality, authenticity, legal compliance, customer service, or other business practices.

Customers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before sending money to or entering into agreements with any supplier.

4. Intellectual Property and Use

SupplierHouse's website content, branding, original descriptions, databases, supplier compilations and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Supplier information purchased from SupplierHouse is licensed for the purchaser's own use.

Customers may not reproduce, publicly distribute, sell, or commercially redistribute SupplierHouse's paid supplier lists or databases without our written permission.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

Payment must be successfully completed before paid supplier information is provided.

Any applicable taxes will be displayed or handled as required by applicable law.

6. No Earnings Guarantee

SupplierHouse does not guarantee that customers will generate revenue or profit through reselling or through the use of any supplier information obtained from us.

Business results depend on numerous factors outside our control.

7. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
